➤ Maximum guests
This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 guests, including children, with no more than 8 adults. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, as pricing is based on guest count. If extra guests are found during check-in, additional charges may apply or it may be considered a house rule violation. If you’d like to add more guests after booking, please contact the host.

➤ Cleaning and housekeeping
🔑 Before each guest's check-in, we ensure the entire house is thoroughly cleaned, including all rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, cupboards, furniture, and common areas. All bed linens and duvet covers are replaced with freshly laundered ones, and each bedroom is equipped with an extra set of sheets and pillow covers for your convenience.

⚠️ Please note that daily or weekly cleaning and housekeeping services are not provided during your stay.

✔ While we make every effort to ensure the house is spotless upon your arrival, there may occasionally be an oversight due to the nature of cleaning. If you notice any areas that require additional attention, please feel free to contact us, and we will promptly address and resolve the issue.

➤ Bathroom Essentials Supply
✔ Basic complimentary essentials such as toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and others are provided and are stocked to last for up to 3 to 4 days. After that, guests are kindly asked to replenish these items as needed.

📌 As part of the community rules and DTCM Check-in formalities , we kindly ask guests to send following details 24 hrs. before check-in.
1) Guests Passport soft copies in jpg format.
2) Home country phone number.
3) Phone number working in UAE.
4) Relationship (Family or Friend) of accompanied guests with primary guest.

➤ Penalties for Lost Cards.
⚠️ Also, please remember to return the amenities access cards and car entrance remote in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 300 per card and AED 300 for the car entrance remote.

➤ DTCM Tourism Fee
A tourism fee of AED 30 per night is included in the nightly rate. For stays extending over 30 consecutive nights, the Tourism Dirham Fee is applied only for the initial 30 nights.
