The Airbnb was perfect, especially for the number of people we were. The property was super clean on arrival and it matched its description exactly. The kitchen was stocked, which saved us a lot of money on our trip, as we were able to cook throughout the stay. Also, the host accommodated us several times when we needed it. The area was great, lots of restaurants and a very peaceful neighborhood. Finally, I really appreciated the fact that there was a crib on site as well as extra beds in case of extra guests. Shams has been very helpful and responsive through out our stay! Absolutely loved the sofas. Many restaurant options close by.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this villa for a special family occasion. The house was impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel at home. The spacious hall was perfect for our group, and the large backyard was an added bonus, providing a great space to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t have been better! There’s a lovely community swimming pool just a 5 to 8-minute walk from the villa, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring. We were also close to many restaurants and supermarkets, making it super convenient to grab a bite or stock up on essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We had a great week at Shams's place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the main room is very spacious, we enjoyed the large terrace for a good evening. We had two cars and no problem parking them. Secured residence, swimming pool open all day. Mosque just across the residence. Nearby shops, restaurants etc. Global village 10 minutes away20-35 minutes from Dubai's tourist attractions. I really recommend this place for groups of 6 to 8 adults. Shams allowed us to leave our luggage in the villa on the last day, thank you! Really favorite for this quiet, classy accommodation that completely changed our scenery. I don't find any flaws, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at Sham’s villa. The house had plenty of bedrooms with space for everyone and the compound was great and quite. Lots of walkable playgrounds, the pool in the compound is great and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sham’s was a wonderful host, being very responsive and helpful with any issues! Would highly recommend the stay for any family!

Overall a very good place to stay. Large rooms especially the living room and kitchen, well equipped furnitures and facilities. Lot of shopping choices and grocery stores nearby. Responsive host. Will stay again.

We had a lovely stay. From the beginning, Shams (our host) was excellent communicating check in details and other useful information. He checked in on us frequently during our 6 weeks stay, always offering to help in any way. Any issues, he is very efficient in responding. The house is spacious, lovely community with a park for the kids and pool. And the location is fantastic with so many shops and restaurants right at your door step. We wanted to extend our stay further but unfortunately it was booked out. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Shams.
